Online Returns
When placing your order with kohei, you automatically agree to all information below.
All returns requests must be made within 14 days from order date of our online order and require a returns authority form.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed.
All tags must be attached.
Shoes must be returned unworn in their original condition.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on earrings or swimwear.
We will not accept refund for change of mind.
We do not accept returns on sale or promotion items.
Please note:
- Any and all returns sent back without an authorized online return request and a returns authorization form will not be accepted or processed.- Kohei is not responsible for parcels that are lost in transit.
- The returns postage will be of the customer's own expense and will not be reimbursed.
-You will be charged import duties & taxes. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Upon receiving the package, you will find enclosed your purchase, invoice. If for any reason you wish to exchange or return an item it must be returned with the returns form and the invoice that comes with the purchase.

Due to the nature of holiday shopping, all exchanges must be addressed within 24 hours of purchase. We do not accept refunds.
All exchanges must be in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, we will not accept tampered or worn goods. We cannot ship out exchanges to our traveling customer's home countries. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept exchanges on earrings or swimwear.
